Joy Flight

Tour Inclusions:

• 6-8 minute scenic flight (approximate).
• Departures from our exclusive helipad situated opposite Gate 7.

Terms & Conditions:

• Tickets are valid for one (1) Joy Flight per person between 23rd – 25th October 2026.
• Present your ticket to the staff at the PHS Helipad to redeem your Joy Flight.
• Joy Flights operate between 10:00am and 4:00pm daily, weather permitting. Tickets are redeemed on a first come first saved basis, no time allocations can be pre booked in advance.
• Seating on board the helicopter is assigned on a weight and balance calculation performed on the day, no seating requests can be accommodated in advance.
• Flight routes are constant, flight times are approximate only and may vary according to helicopter type, number of passengers and/or weather conditions.
• Patrons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid Joy Flight ticket
• Items larger than a handbag cannot be taken on the flight. Limited storage of larger bags is available at the helipad. PHS take no responsibility for patrons’ items stored.
• Due to safety protocols there is no photography allowed before boarding. A professional photographer will take a souvenir photo should you wish to purchase. Once in the aircraft mobile phones and small cameras are permitted.
• Your ticket will be valid for (1) use across the three days of the event. Please be aware that the weather can be unpredictable at this event, so our recommendation is to take your flight as soon as weather permits. Please allow at least 30 minutes for safety briefing and manifesting to the aircraft.
• This joy flight ticket is not an event ticket. A ticket to the MotoGP™ Grand Prix of Australia 2026 is required to gain access to our Joy Flights located within the grounds. We cannot permit entry into the helipad without a valid entry ticket to the MotoGP™ Grand Prix of Australia 2026 itself.
• All prices listed are per person, and all flights are subject to minimum numbers
• Infants aged 0 - 1 ride Free of Charge on a parent/guardian lap. Maximum 1 infant per flight.
• All passengers must be fit and able to safely load and unload a helicopter themselves without assistance. Any person(s) with limited mobility issues should contact the supplier directly before purchasing a Joy Flight ticket.
